2024 Republican National Convention

As Director of Marketing & Digital for the 2024 Republican National Convention, Maria helped orchestrate a massive event with global visibility, ensuring seamless coordination between digital engagement, live programming, and key political stakeholders.

Maria built a robust digital operation, integrating moments from on and off the stage. She pioneered the first ever content creator program bringing together influencers and new media from across the country to cover the convention. Content creators alone had an audience of 94M combined followers. Additionally, the team pioneered the first livestream in convention history to garner donations via text codes. We partnered with our broadcast partners, Alongi Media to integrate the produced broadcast onto our social media broadcast.

In order to maximize impact, we partnered with sponsoring organizations and speakers via social media and collaborations which exponentially amplified our organic views on our owned social media channels.

 

Republican Jewish Coalition Annual Summit New Media

Maria supported the Republican Jewish Coalition’s Annual Summit in Vegas in 2024 and 2025 as a client and in previous years as a green room sponsor. Our team built a rapid digital infrastructure to support speakers in amplifying their videos and photos on stage. We cut on stage speeches in real time to post to RJC’s social media and delivered premium professional photos within minutes for speakers to post.

 

Adobe’s Creativity on the Hill

In 2025, Maria helped Adobe organize their signature event in Congress to engage with Hill staff, Adobe Creativity on the Hill. We captured digital first content for Adobe executives and also connected with content creators and relevant congressional partners to expand the event’s reach. We also increased product adoption on Capitol Hill by partnering with the House and Senate Conferences to educate staffers on Adobe’s robust set of creative tools. This four part series included trainings on video production, graphic design and Acrobat’s AI assistant coupled with a large scale marketing and media campaign in the DC area.

  • During President Trump’s first Joint Address to Congress in his second term, Maria worked with Speaker Mike Johnson’s office to coordinate content creators and new media to cover the event on site in the Capitol. She helped coordinate logistics and give creators access to interview Members of Congress and other VIPs at the event.

  • Many government related events have competing corporate activations to capture the attention of principals. Striking the right tone of levity or formality is imperative when creating moments at events like Davos, Cannes, and even the Congressional Baseball Game. One of the highlights was showing a Google trends demo with Congressman John James at the Baseball Game.

  • In an effort to connect with lawmakers at home, Google Public Affairs launched a roadshow to educate middle schoolers on the importance of internet safety and AI. Maria helped build a curriculum that could resonate with young students to be smart when exploring online. She also connected with hometown Congressman, Mayors and other representatives to expand the reach of the event and showcase the importance of public private partnerships when it comes to technology.
